1. Build & Shape

Build and shape the base of the green in crushed rock and mark out the green borders.
2. Weather Stripping

Install weather stripping creating a seal to keep the elements from affecting the green materials. Cut to fit.
3. First ShotStopper Layer

Install first layer of our patented ShotStopper technology, a NASA developed foam material. Cut to fit.
4. Foam

Roll out foam to ensure compression, tight fit, and no air bubbles.
5. Sand/Rubber

Customize patented sand/rubber mix to desired firmness/fastness of the green spec and spread into the foam.
6. Final Foam

Cover the entire foam surface with the sand/rubber mix and finish rake for smoothness.
7. Final ShotStopper Layer

A finished ShotStopper base layer.
8. Turf

Install the turf on top and open for play the same day!
